Hi there. I don't live locally yet. I have a block in Cowaramup which I will be starting to build on in the next few months. Once it's finished my wife, 2 kids and I will be moving from Perth into Cowaramup. A move that we have put off for so long. My wifes brother lives in margs. His wifes family is also living in the area.

Sad to hear about bushfires in Margaret River as I live in the Blue Mountains in NSW, we also live with the constant threat - just had a lucky miss in Katoomba.
